4:30 PM – 6:30 PM – For anyone who has extenuating circumstances and cannot make their time, please email: Karen.Jankowiak@hcps.org or Lorien.Covelly@hcps.org to let us know so we can have appropriate number of staff to help. 

Important Directions:
1. Masks need to be worn covering your nose and mouth. Please bring your own pen.
2. When you arrive in the parking lot, you will be given a folder of forms to complete. Please park your car in an available spot and complete these forms.
3. Please exit your car and bring the completed forms to the red double outside doors near the gymnasium. Your papers will be collected.
4. You will enter the gymnasium and walk in one direction around the perimeter to the grade-level tables. The first table will be pre-k and the last will be fifth grade. Please stop and pick up materials at the tables for your enrolled children.
5. If you did not request a device, you will exit the side red door to the parking lot and depart quickly and safely. OR If you requested a device, you would stand outside the center wooden doors of the supply closet in the gymnasium and maintain 6 ft. apart to social distance. An administrator will invite you into the room so you can sign for the child’s device. You will exit from this room to the parking lot and depart quickly and safely. Please be patient with us as there may be a wait time during pick-up.
